The MTD20KWR is a digital and automatic earth ground tester designed for the measurement of earth resistances and soil resistivity, as well as spurious voltages from parasitic currents in the soil. Suitable for fast measurement in houses, industrial buildings, hospitals, lightning rods, antennas and substations. Internal 1,470 Hz generator injects alternating current into the soil through an auxiliary rod; the instrument evaluates the resistance with automatic test current regulation. Active and passive filter system provides high immunity to electrical interference, ideal for urban areas or near primary substations. Sturdy IP65 cabinet (closed lid), reliable in harsh geographical and climatic conditions (cold or tropical regions, high mountain areas). Remote control via Android App BlueLogg over Bluetooth: remote setup, test start/stop, voice annotations, photos, GPS coordinates, location map and automatic test reports. Included: 4 steel spikes, AC adapter, 40 m red cable reel, two 20 m cable reels (blue and green), 5 m short cables, 12 V external battery connector (car battery), quick reference and carrying bags.
